Many people need eyeglasses, these are done by an optometrist usually. It is a good idea to get a checkup once a year to make sure your eyes are ok. The human eyes are so valuable to us. Now days in the computer age many people are straining their eyes.

For some of us reading glasses are all we need. I was told by the doctor that buying a pair of reading glasses in +1.00 would make it easier on my eyes. I have done this and my eyes less fatigued.
